She came to evaluate the house, have photos taken and listed in a week, and it was open for viewings 2 days later. We had the offer we were hoping for after the second day of viewings, and a contract by the third. We turned down requests for dozens more viewings as we signed the contract. As the executor of an estate, I was responsible for selling a family home located in Frederick. Thanks to Leah, the house was sold and settled in just six weeks at a good price. A quick turnaround was especially appreciated since no one was living in the house. She held several open houses and marketed the house through mail and online listings. The pictures taken by her recommended photographer were beautiful. My family lives out of town, so Leah was especially helpful with her knowledge of the Frederick real estate market. She also arranged for local workers to complete repairs on the property as we wouldn't have been familiar with who to hire. The workers were fast and efficient in completing their jobs, so we didn't have to worry. Plus, the cost of the repairs was very reasonable.
